Appointments

Appointments are recommended but not required. Drop in appointments are welcome on a first come first served basis and will happily accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. If you would like to guarantee a time for your service please schedule an appointment in advance with your favorite therapist or any of our amazing staff members. Large groups and multiple services are best accommodated with appointments scheduled well in advance so that we can be sure we have enough staff on hand to serve you and make your visit unforgettable.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment we’d really appreciate a quick phone call. Depending on how late you are, we may not be able to accommodate you. Late arrivals may be subject to an adjusted appointment duration or given away to a standby client.

Cancellation Policy

We schedule services for your convenience and we dedicate that time to you. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any single service. All scheduled services and groups are secured with an active credit card. In the event that you fail to meet this cancellation time frame, the price of the full service will be charged as a cancellation fee. All no show appointments will be charged for the entire service.

Gratuity

The prices of our services do not include gratuities. If you feel you have received exceptional service and would like to leave a gratuity to one of our professionals, you may do so at your discretion.

Cell phones and pagers

We would greatly appreciate the turning off of these 2 items, as to contribute to the serene atmosphere we would like to sustain for all of our guests.

Children

We welcome children to participate in our spa services. As a courtesy to our guests and as a safety precaution, we respectfully request that children without an appointment not accompany you to your scheduled service.

Medical Conditions

Some treatments should not be performed on anyone with severe medical conditions, who is pregnant, or who has certain allergies. If you have any questions about a condition you may have, please consult your physician and let our staff know of any such condition so they can customize your treatment accordingly.
